This two-day event will explore dual enrollment's vital role, including opportunities for justice involved youth. This transformative initiative is led by dual enrollment and rising scholars practitioners bringing college experiences to students.
California Community Colleges to HBCU Summit
The California Community Colleges to HBCU Summit is an unparalleled event designed to foster enduring connections between California Community Colleges counselors, staff, administrators and representatives from partner Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This summit, set for June 11-14 in Charlotte, North Carolina, provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The Black Student Success week’s “The Black Hour” will focus on innovative approaches to ensure Black and African American students succeed at California Community Colleges.

2024 Classified Employee of the Year Awards
Nominations are needed for the 2024 Classified Employee of the Year Awards. The awards recognize and celebrate classified staff throughout the community college system that exemplify Vision 2030 and a demonstrated commitment to equitable student outcomes in their local community.
